NO DRAMA PADEL BOOKING POLICY

Bookings Info

• The court must be paid before the start of the lesson or match to No Drama Padel staff to open the court and turn on the lights. It is also possible to pay at the time of booking on our App and website with credit card, Promptpay or balance.
• All padel court bookings must be made through the Thailand Padel App or through our website.
• Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance.

Standard Book a Court Cancellation Policy

Book a Court

• A Court Booked cannot be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or 100% of the booking will be payable.
• The person responsible for the reservation will be the person who has to add the rest of the players or, if he/she is the only one registered for the booking, will be the only one responsible for paying the full price of the reservation.

Match System Cancellation Policy

Public Complete Matches

• Completed matches cannot be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or 100% of the booking will be payable.
• If a player has to cancel a completed match with less than 24 hours notice, the player who has cancelled will have to pay his share and find a substitute to complete the match. If no substitute is found, an additional 600 THB will have to be paid for a No Drama Padel person to play and complete the match. And in the event that no No Drama Padel staff is able to complete the match and the match has to be cancelled, the person who cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will have to pay the full amount of the booking.

Public Incomplete Matches

• If a match could not be completed 6 hours before the start time, the match will be automatically cancelled without any charge. The No Drama Padel team, if staff is available to play, could complete the match to help our clients but the clients have to cover the 100% payment of the court plus 600 THB for the No Drama Padel staff member who had to play to complete the match.

Private and Friends Matches

• The person responsible for the reservation will be the person who has to add the rest of the players or, if he/she is the only one registered for the match, will be the only one responsible for paying the full price of the reservation.
• Private and friends matches can only be cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. In the event that someone fails at the last minute, if any No Drama Padel staff can complete the match, the players will pay 100% of the reservation, plus 600 THB for each No Drama Padel staff member who had to play to complete the match.

Padel Lesson Cancellation Policy

• Padel lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time of the lesson or 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.

Additional Information

• No refunds will be given for cancelled bookings, unless the cancellation is made in accordance with the booking policy.
• Refunds will be made to the users’ balance at the time of cancellation.
• The padel club is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.
• Players play at their own risk and the club cannot be held responsible if any player suffers an injury for reasons beyond the control of our facilities.
• In No Drama Padel facilities, any damage caused by a user will be the responsibility of the user. This includes damage to the walls, floor, net, balls, or any other element of the facilities.
